BGS College of Education invites applications for the 2026-27 academic year. The college offers two programmes designed for aspiring teachers and education researchers: a two-year B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and a Ph.D. in Education under Adichunchanagiri University's research regulations.
Admissions are conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines of the NCTE, the University Grants Commission (UGC), the State Government of Karnataka, and Adichunchanagiri University. The process is transparent, merit-based, and closely monitored by the STEM and TERM cells of the university.

A two-year professional teacher-education programme recognised by NCTE. Minimum 50% marks at UG level, with two dedicated teaching tracks — one for classes 6-8 / 9-10 and another for classes 8-10 / 11-12 — with integrated pedagogy and extensive school internship.

The college prepares the list of admitted candidates, grants provisional admission and publishes the list on the official college website for transparency.
The final list is forwarded to Adichunchanagiri University. The university issues a notification with eligibility numbers for admitted candidates and STEM Board monitors the process end-to-end.
