Program Overview

B.Pharm is the flagship undergraduate program at Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy (SACP), accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for the period 2022–2025. The 4-year, 8-semester program follows the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and covers pharmaceutical sciences comprehensively — from drug formulation and analysis to pharmacology and clinical practice.

Students gain hands-on experience through extensive laboratory work, industrial visits to leading pharmaceutical companies, hospital pharmacy rotations at the 1,500-bed Adichunchanagiri Hospital & Research Centre (AHRC), and capstone research projects guided by experienced faculty.

The curriculum is designed in alignment with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) norms and AICTE guidelines, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for careers across community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory affairs, and higher education.
