Students gain a rigorous foundation in molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology, genetic engineering and bioprocess technology.
The curriculum integrates bioinformatics, industrial biotechnology and applied biological sciences with a substantial research project in the final semester. Students work across modern teaching labs and ACU's central research facilities, building both conceptual depth and hands-on technical proficiency.
A minimum of 80 credits across 4 semesters is required for the M.Sc. degree. Normal duration is 2 years, with a maximum of 4 years to complete the program on a full-time basis.
