The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) is a pioneering initiative aligned with NEP 2020, designed for undergraduate students pursuing teaching as a career. This 4-year programme integrates general education in arts, sciences, and commerce with professional teacher education — enabling graduates to earn both a disciplinary degree and a B.Ed. in just four years instead of the conventional five.

ITEP is available in three streams — combining subject-specific expertise with pedagogical training under the NEP 2020 framework. Admission is exclusively through NCET conducted by NTA.
